Junior Roadfreight Operations Clerk - Heathrow Personnel : Job Details

NEW VACANCY -

I am recruiting for a major groupage operator looking for a JUNIOR to join their new start up office based in the Kent area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing freight company and progress in the freight forwarding industry!

You will be trained in the below:

• Monitoring roadfreight import and export shipments from start - finish
• Arranging collections with partners and liaising with overseas offices
• Updating customers
• Planning truck runs
• Handling queries
• Processing of customs documentation
• Sending quotes from hauliers to suppliers

Experience needed:

• Ideally 1 years experience in the freight and logistics industry however not essential
• Bright, outgoing and keen to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• IT literate

Working hours:

• Monday - Friday 0900am - 1730pm
