Junior Production Engineer - Swimming Pools - Compass Pools : Job Details

WaterStream, a leading swimming pool retailer in the UK, is looking to recruit an Apprentice Swimming Pool Engineer to help grow the production activities in Horsham. Our group is growing at a double-digit rate in an industry that is going from strength to strength.

We are looking for someone who is motivated to help us achieve our goals, as well as yours, and to join us on this exciting journey.

If successful, you will be instrumental in the group's delivery of customers' purchases and beyond. 

This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking for a new challenge and has had little to no experience within this industry. We also offer in-house training and your own projects to work on.

About the Role

You will join the engineering team as an apprentice in the production of Luxury Fibreglass Swimming Pools and Plant as a Multi-Skilled Manufacturing Engineer. This role is a permanent position, Monday to Friday, with hours varying depending on the time of year.

You will work in an environment where no day is the same and will be expected to be flexible and a team player committed to driving towards a common goal.

Required Skills:

• Will need to be a process-driven individual with keen attention to detail and the ability to use hand and power tools
• The ability to problem-solve issues and maximise quality for our discerning clients
• A successful candidate must have a full driving licence and own transport and be happy to work outside in all weathers
• Working as part of a small team, reporting directly to the Production Management
