Are you starting your career in logistics and ready to grow your skills in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment? We’re looking for a Junior Operations Clerk to join our team and support our import/export operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone with around 1 year of experience in freight forwarding who’s eager to build a long-term career in the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with import and export operations across multiple modes of transport

• Supporting the team with basic customs entry preparation and compliance

• Liaising with carriers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipments

• Preparing and checking shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)

• Keeping records accurate and up-to-date in internal systems

• Learning and developing within a supportive and experienced team

What We’re Looking For:

• Ideally 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics (import/export)

• A basic understanding of customs procedures and documentation

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Good communication and a proactive attitude

• Willingness to learn and grow with the role
