Junior Marketing ExecutiveSalary: £27,000 – £28,000 per annumLocation: Swindon, UKJob Type: Full-time, Permanent. Office based, hybrid working 2 days from home after 3 months

A leading company Swindon is seeking a Junior Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to develop their career in marketing.  You will be working closely with the Marketing Manager and will provide marketing support across all channels including social media updates, content creation, support with external events and working closely with the regional sales managers supporting with PowerPoint presentations and sales collateral.

The role would suit someone who is a real "people-person", strong communication skills are a must, eagerness to learn and develop, confident and someone who thrives working in a busy environment!  Whether you have prior experience in a marketing role or looking for your first marketing role to build your skills, this role will provide you with the opportunity to grow and develop within a well-established organisation in Swindon.

• Social Media: Manage social media channels, including content creation and scheduling.
• Events: Support the planning and execution of trade shows and events.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with lead tracking and promotional materials.
• Website: Keep website content current and relevant.
• PR: Coordinate advertising and PR activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Analytics: Use analytics tools to gather and interpret marketing data.
• Content & Copy: Write copy for brochures, press releases, and customer success stories.

This role would suit someone with an understanding of marketing principles and office administration skills, strong organisational and multitasking abilities, a confident communication style and a customer-focused approach.  Familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp would be beneficial, previous experience in a marketing support role is a plus.
