Job Title: Junior IT Project Manager

Location: Wayside House, Wilsons Lane, Coventry, CV66NY

Trust: Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership Trust

Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm/ 9am-5pm (37.5 hours per week), (This role is 100% Remote; however, occasional visits to the Trust's sites in Coventry may be necessary at short notice)

Pay Rate: £19.10/Hr.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Junior IT Project Manager of IT projects team, you will provide project management services to the ITC Department in the delivery of the Trust's strategic and digital transformation programmes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the IT Programme & Senior IT Projects Manager in meeting organizational objectives by coordinating and delivering projects within the IT Department, ensuring successful management and delivery of projects and work streams within the IT Programme portfolio to the required quality and standard.
  • Assist in business process change and service improvement planning, presenting to colleagues at all levels across the Trust about IT plans or projects, and preparing clear, timely project progress reports circulated to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Attend, take minutes, or lead meetings to accurately record discussions, create and deliver project plans detailing milestones, timescales, risks, and stakeholders.
  • Utilize skills and knowledge to address unplanned situations affecting project delivery, ensure project deliverables meet budget requirements, and identify the most effective delivery methods within agreed budgetary constraints.
  • Utilize Microsoft packages proficiently to produce relevant reports and utilize information relating to IT projects for the creation of project plans, risk and issue logs, work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, communication plans, project tracking, and critical paths.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Actively available to attend conferences/meetings as needed and capable of driving to attend such events and able to travel independently as and when required to fulfil the role.
  • Experience of delivering IT Technology for business and clinical uses along with Project Planning, managing and delivering IT Projects, Project Schemes, Strategies/Service Requirements.
  • PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent project management Qualification/Certification is required.
  • Knowledge and understanding of strategic issues within the healthcare environment and how IT can influence them.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Governance.
  • Working with projects within a healthcare environment.

This role may require you to show evidence Diploma or ECDL or at least 2 years relevant experience.
