KPI Recruiting are exclusively supporting our client with a BRAND NEW and EXCITING opportunity for someone to work in a newly formed team, based within a large corporate environment. This is a pivotal role, where you will form part of the wider Business Support team, and will be the central point of contact for the hiring managers, internal teams and new cohorts.

The successful candidate will work closely with the potential new employees, hiring managers, The HR team, IT, fleet & payroll to ensure that all procedures are completed efficiently and within timescales.

YOUR NEW ROLE;To support the business with new starters & leavers, ensuring that job information and data analysis is accurate and records are up to date.  You will ensuring relevant changes are applied for IT equipment, fleet, payroll, HR and any other relevant contractual information. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin their HR/ onboarding career, as you will work collaboratively with agency staff suppliers, Home Office Agencies and Group functions to maintain contractual vetting obligations and will support the wider Business Support Team with all administration duties where required.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE;

  • Daily monitoring and management of the mailbox, processing requests
  • Providing excellent outcomes for our internal and external customers
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date reporting of new starter / leavers activity
  • Maintaining relationships with all internal and external staff
  • Maintaining the systems and ensuring that you monitor completion of contracts
  • Collating data as required for the contract
  • Ensuring systems were in place to collate statistics for performance
  • Analysing and presenting trends with regards to starters and leavers
  • Supporting and assist the Contract Support Coordinator to ensure monthly payroll is completed effectively, including checking, and making amendments. This will include any MyHR forms, increase of salaries and advance payments.
  • Taking ownership of the monthly reward and recognition process, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Coordinating the reward and recognition nomination process, including collecting nominations from various departments or teams & generating reports with regards to employee engagement

  • Previous experience of administration and IT platforms
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional documentation skills, managing action plans, documenting meetings, workshops, and projects and able to effectively document change
  • Ability to ask probing questions, dig deeper and get answers from people that provide a fuller picture
  • Ability to work in a small highly motivated team in a collaborative way and to share research, information, skills and insight with colleagues
