Junior Graphic Designer - Salt Search : Job Details

Junior Graphic Designer, up to £37k - London, Hybrid

Salt have partnered with a Fintech company to secure an enthusiastic and driven junior graphic designer to join their design team.

In this role, you will be part of a wider team building products that put their users at the heart of the design process. You will work closely with other designers, the product team, and sales & marketing. You will be expected to take ownership of the company's brand collateral, help them craft it, and broaden its potential.

This is a massive opportunity for a junior designer to really come in and grow and develop their skills, being surrounded by incredible designers that will aid and support them in their career and help them grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on live creative briefs as part of an in-house design team.
• Create style guides and graphical assets for use by Sales or Marketing.
• Ensure brand consistency and alignment with the brand's visual identity and guidelines across all touchpoints
• Contribute to the innovation of our products and processes, help breathe life into them!

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years' experience as a junior designer
• An ability to work with various branding assets to create engaging branded marketing collateral
• A strong understanding of typography, colour theory and layout
• An eye on the latest design trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
• Proficiency in Adobe Framework
