The Role

As a Junior Administrator, you will provide essential support to Advisers, helping them prepare for client meetings and manage day-to-day client relationships. You’ll also assist the wider administration and management teams with a variety of operational and client service duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming and outgoing post, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct quality checks on client communications before distribution.
  • Handle routine client calls and assist with enquiries.
  • Greet clients and prepare meeting rooms for adviser appointments.
  • Create and maintain client records within the CRM system.
  • Prepare adviser meeting packs, including valuations and supporting documents.
  • Issue and monitor Letters of Authority (LOAs) and liaise with external providers.
  • Assist with scanning, filing, and maintaining organised digital records.
  • Support the team with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks.

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn internal systems.
  • Previous experience in financial services or wealth management is desirable, but not essential.
