The Role
As a Junior Administrator, you will provide essential support to Advisers, helping them prepare for client meetings and manage day-to-day client relationships. You’ll also assist the wider administration and management teams with a variety of operational and client service duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing post, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct quality checks on client communications before distribution.
- Handle routine client calls and assist with enquiries.
- Greet clients and prepare meeting rooms for adviser appointments.
- Create and maintain client records within the CRM system.
- Prepare adviser meeting packs, including valuations and supporting documents.
- Issue and monitor Letters of Authority (LOAs) and liaise with external providers.
- Assist with scanning, filing, and maintaining organised digital records.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks.

- Good understanding of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn internal systems.
- Previous experience in financial services or wealth management is desirable, but not essential.
