About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our finance team and play a key role in turning data into insight. This role will focus on extracting, analysing, and presenting financial and commercial data from our CRM system and other sources. You will create clear, insightful dashboards and reports that help the business track performance and make better decisions.

• Extract and analyse data from the company’s CRM and financial systems.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, sales performance, and financial metrics.
• Present clear and actionable insights to finance and business stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end analysis with accurate data reporting.
• Assist in financial modelling and ad-hoc analysis for decision support.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools and systems.
• Work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to understand reporting needs and deliver value-added insights.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g. Power BI).
• Experience extracting and analysing data from a CRM system (e.g. Pabau) is highly desirable.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability, with high attention to detail.
• Clear communication and presentation skills — able to turn data into a story for non-finance audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, meeting deadlines and adapting quickly.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and develop in financial analysis.
