Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with a well-established and growing organisation based in Chesterfield in their search for a Junior Finance Analyst.

This is a newly created role and represents a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven individual to step into a commercially focused position with clear development potential.

Working closely with the Finance and Operational teams, this role will support the delivery of meaningful data analysis and business intelligence to inform strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools.
• Assist in analysing financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and deliver data-led solutions.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
• Help improve data quality and integrity across systems and reporting platforms.
• Participate in project work involving data migration, system upgrades, and automation initiatives.
