Integrated Doorset Solutions Limited (IDSL) -

A manufacturer of joinery products & leading supplier of performance timber door sets, glazed screens and architectural ironmongery. As well as a timber-based joinery manufacturer producing door frames, skirting, architrave, glazed screens and other associated joinery products.

Fire Door Inspection Solutions Limited (FDIS) - A service orientated business specialising in the inspection, maintenance, and replacement of fire doors.

Are you ready to take the first step in your estimating career within a dynamic and growing company? We are looking for a motivated and ddsetail orientated Junior Estimator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in construction or manufacturing to gain hands on experience in a fast paced environment. You'll receive full training and support from a team of experienced professionals as you grow within the role and contribute to the sucess of our projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Base build quotations for bespoke doorset packages for review in line with the business margin structure.
• Assisting customers with project enquiries.
• Navigation of folder structure and servers.
• Checking tender documents, making amendments where required.
• Offering potential Value Engineering options where appropriate to customer requirements.
• Attend internal project handover meetings to formally handover 'won’ orders to our contracts team.

KPI’s:

• Estimating output against set monthly targets.
• Quotations returned in line with customer return dates.
• Non-Conformance in line with the business expectations.
• Conversion Rates in line with the business expectations.

What We’re Looking For

• Self-motivated and organised individual that also offers excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong team-player with a drive to succeed.
• Time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
• High standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience of estimating, however in-house training will be given.
• Understanding of Doors and Doorsets, however in-house training will be given.
• Technical understanding of Ironmongery would be beneficial.
• Advanced / Excellent Excel knowledge, V look up, Formulas, Pivot tables.
• Detail orientated

Working Hours

39 hours per week 08:30 - 17:00 (Monday to Thursday) 08:30 - 16:00 (Friday)
