A well-established engineering company is seeking a Junior Structural Designer to join their collaborative design team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for engineering and design to contribute to a range of exciting projects, from bespoke customer solutions to innovative product development.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating detailed sales and production drawings using Solidworks 3D CAD
• Supporting the development of new products and improving existing designs
• Assisting with engineering design checks using in-house tools (training provided)
• Producing technical documentation and visual aids for sales and production teams
• Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure design accuracy and feasibility

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Solidworks 3D CAD
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools
• A basic understanding of structural and mechanical engineering principles
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to manage a varied workload
