The Role

As Junior Client Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing and growing a small but varied portfolio of clients
• Delivering across accounts, tax compliance, and outsourcing work
• Building trusted relationships and spotting opportunities to grow the portfolio
• Leading and mentoring a team of up to three colleagues, supporting development and workflow
• Supporting client onboarding, ad hoc advisory and process improvement
• Contributing as part of the junior leadership team, with a clear voice at the table

Some audit experience would be beneficial but isn’t essential - the core focus is on strong accounting and tax experience, a client-first mindset, and leadership potential.

What You’ll Need

• A solid grounding in practice - accounts prep, tax compliance and/or outsourcing
• A positive, proactive, and professional approach to client relationships
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior staff
• A desire to take ownership and grow into a senior role
• ACA/ACCA qualified or finalist preferred
