Junior Business Analyst - London (hybrid role) - up to £45k

The company

Oscar have worked with this client for years and have made a number of placements within their development teams. We have a new role available for a Junior Business Analyst, this position will be working closely with stakeholders in the business, writing functional specifications and ensuring this is followed through.

The role is offered on a hybrid basis, the entire department attends one day per week. However, this may be more depending on business needs. As this role will require working with stakeholders and gathering requirements, it may be you need to attend the office more frequently.

The Role

We have a new role available for a Junior Business Analyst, this position will be working closely with stakeholders in the business, writing functional specifications and ensuring this is followed through.

Responsibilities

• Working cross-functionally in the business
• Writing functional specifications to be used in a waterfall environment
• Working with stakeholders and managing expectations
• Gathering requirements

Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in a Business Analyst role
• Experience writing functional specifications
• Excellent communication skills
