About youYou are organised, proactive and eager to learn. You might not have worked in signage or account management before, but you have experience in a role where you have dealt with customers, coordinated projects or kept things running smoothly. You enjoy variety, you are happy talking to people at all levels, and you have a natural eye for detail.You are looking for a role where you can develop real skills and be part of something that is growing. You are happy to roll your sleeves up, get stuck in and pick things up quickly. You want to be somewhere that values ideas, initiative and teamwork, and where your effort is recognised from day one.

Your experienceYou have worked in a customer facing or project led role, perhaps in print, design, creative industries, administration or something similar. You are comfortable keeping on top of multiple tasks and making sure deadlines are met.You keep good notes, follow up when you say you will, and can adapt to different situations quickly. You are confident with basic systems and technology. If you have used tools like MIS systems such as Clarity that is a plus, but it is not essential. What matters most is your willingness to learn and grow.

What you will be doing with your experience in this roleYou will be part of a small and agile client services team working closely with one of the company directors, who will act as your mentor and sounding board. You will learn how to take client briefs, prepare costings, brief jobs into the studio and production teams, and keep everyone updated throughout.You will help manage client relationships, making sure projects run smoothly from start to finish. Over time you will take on more responsibility, building your own set of accounts and finding opportunities to add value to projects.It is a varied role with plenty of touchpoints and a great chance to build skills in a creative and fast moving industry.
