Your new companyYou will be working for a leading maintenance organisation in the Derry area, who are currently seeking an experienced joiner to join the team initially on a temporary basis, with a high possibility of permanent employment for the right person.Your new role

• Carrying out a range of maintenance and repair work mostly within social housing
• Responding to emergency call-outs and routine requests in a timely manner
• Working with other trades and contractors when required
• Ensuring all work is completed to high standards and adheres to health & safety regulations

What you'll need to succeed

• CSR card
• Proven experience working as a joiner in a similar capacity
• If successful, a basic access N. I check is required, which we will assist with and cover costs.
