An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Gold Buyer & Jewellery Expert to join a well-established fine jewellery business based in Stoke-on-Trent. The successful candidate will be part of a close-knit, high-trust team operating in a customer-focused and quality-driven environment.

This role requires strong expertise in the valuation and acquisition of gold, combined with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for fine jewellery. You will play a key part in delivering outstanding service while contributing to the growth and success of the team.

• Accurately assess and purchase gold from customers
• Provide expert advice on jewellery, including antiques and gemstones
• Deliver a high standard of customer service in a warm and professional manner
• Assist with day-to-day operations, including social media and digital engagement
• Conduct house visits where necessary (full UK driving licence required)
• Support and lead team activities as needed

• Proven experience in valuing and purchasing gold
• Background in the jewellery industry, preferably with knowledge of antiques or gemstones
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident with IT systems and familiar with social media platforms
• A collaborative team player with the ability to take initiative
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel locally when required
