Java Technical Lead – Hybrid

Our client urgently requires an experienced Java Technical Lead to join their team on a permanent basis.

Please note, the role is hybrid, with 6 days per month required on-site in Dublin.

You will lead the development team in creating cutting-edge financial services software solutions. As a technical lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards.

Java Technical Lead – Key Skills:

• Strong expertise in Java development, including Spring framework
• Previously led a Java development team
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with financial services software development is highly desirable
