Client: Leading Crypto Exchange and Liquidity providor

Role: Java Developer

Skills/area: OTC products, Low latency trading.

Salary: £150k + Bonus

Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in analyzing OTC pricing and trading flows.
• Design and implement automated pricing and risk-management models.
• Review trading activity to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Oversee and provide support for automated trading systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team on OTC-related matters.
• Collaborate closely with trading and technology teams to align with B2C2’s strategic objectives.
• Contribute to the operational risk framework, serving as the first line of defense in daily activities.
• Carry out additional ad hoc tasks as needed to support business requirements.
• Build and sustain strong working relationships across the team, including senior leadership.
• Proven background in client pricing and trading flow analysis.
• Previous experience working directly on trading desks or in close partnership with trading teams.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Java programming expertise, with strong proficiency in quantitative data analysis tools.
• Intermediate-level KDB skills.
