We are looking for a highly organised and proactive assistant to support a range of cultural and arts-related projects. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in international cultural exchange, event coordination, and arts administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare documents such as programs, surveys, and other event materials
Manage guest lists and coordinate attendee information prior to events (including communication with VIPs)
Provide on-site support during events (distributing materials, assisting guests, general operations)
Assist with marketing and public relations, including designing digital flyers
Aggregate and analyze post-event survey results
Handle general administrative tasks such as mailing materials
Support coordination with external stakeholders (e.g., co-organizers, sponsors)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both within a team and with external partners
Genuine interest in Japanese culture and the arts
Native-level English (must be able to write professionally without the need for proofreading)
Business-level Japanese (spoken and written)
Solid understanding of social media platforms and their use for promotion
Experience with image editing software such as Photoshop, or similar tools (e.g., Canva, Illustrator)
Salary : 25000 - 27000
