The roleWe are looking for an Italian customer service/account manager to join a fantastic team. Duties:
- Process customer orders and manage data for team goals
- Maintain tracking reports and CRM (Hubspot) records
- Handle enquiries and upsell during sales/onboarding
- Provide customer support, including subscription and payment queries
- Recover lapsed subscriptions and re-engage users
- Organise and deliver product demos
- Send onboarding content and follow up on campaigns
- Build relationships with key clients and gather testimonials
- Monitor social media and user engagement
- Support retention efforts and coordinate on non-payment follow-ups
The personRequired skills/ experience:
- Fluent in Italian
- Strong communication skills, written & verbal
- Customer orientated mindset
- Ability to build relationships with customers remotely
- Sales & negotiation - Up-selling and cross-selling
- Commercial awareness
