Job Description :
The roleWe are looking for an Italian customer service/account manager to join a fantastic team. Duties:
  • Process customer orders and manage data for team goals
  • Maintain tracking reports and CRM (Hubspot) records
  • Handle enquiries and upsell during sales/onboarding
  • Provide customer support, including subscription and payment queries
  • Recover lapsed subscriptions and re-engage users
  • Organise and deliver product demos
  • Send onboarding content and follow up on campaigns
  • Build relationships with key clients and gather testimonials
  • Monitor social media and user engagement
  • Support retention efforts and coordinate on non-payment follow-ups
The personRequired skills/ experience: 
  • Fluent in Italian
  • Strong communication skills, written & verbal
  • Customer orientated mindset
  • Ability to build relationships with customers remotely
  • Sales & negotiation - Up-selling and cross-selling
  • Commercial awareness 
  • Team Player
