IT Technician - Eclectic Recruitment : Job Details

We are delighted to be working with this company situated just outside Birmingham. They are recruiting for an IT Techncian to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis with options of hybrid working.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining the IT systems
• Providing 1st and 2nd line support for more complex issues
• Microsoft and Mac OS system administration
• Assisting with the deployment of computers and peripherals
• Undertake and be involved in IT project work
• Being the first point of contact for technical issues

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in similar role (2+ years')
• Proficient in SharePoint, Azure Active Directory and O365
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
