IT Technical Support - Change Recruitment Services Ltd : Job Details

Change Recruitment are pleased to be working with a rapidly growing manufacturing business based in Bridgwater. We are currently working with their IT Manager who is looking to add an IT Support Technician to their team.You will be required to provide all round technical support to circa 300 service users with a particular focus on the maintenance of the ERP system. This role will also be hands on with hardware related issues including installation, maintenance and support.Duties include:

• Acting as first line support for 300 users both local and remote, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP system users
• Monitor ERP system’s performance and ensure optimal functionality
• Manage user access and permissions
• Installing, maintaining, and upgrading computer hardware and software
• Configuring and supporting Android and IOS devices using Mobile Device Management software
• Assist with project work within agreed timescales and budget

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a manufacturing business looking after various IT systems in particular ERP systems. You will provide excellent customer service and have strong technical and troubleshooting skills.In return this role offers a salary of circa £36k, holidays starting at 22 day but rising to 25 day with service, 4% pension and other benefits. Working hours are 08:45 to 17:15 Monday to Friday and this is an office based role in Bridgwater.
