The Company
Speak Digital is a Managed Service Provider delivering IT support, consultancy, and cloud services. Since 2010, we’ve been a trusted partner for small and medium-sized businesses across London, Hertfordshire, and Essex.
We’re now expanding and looking for someone to join our helpdesk team. In this role, you’ll spend three days a week onsite at a client’s Manchester office (a leading sportswear brand) and two days working remotely as part of our support team.

The Role
When on-site with our client you will be the first point of contact for IT queries.
When working remotely, you’ll be part of our helpdesk team, handling first-line support calls, resolving common issues, and escalating where needed.
