About the Role

You'll be part of a collaborative and experienced IT team, providing first-line support to staff and students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues across PCs, iMacs, and iPads
• Managing helpdesk tickets and resolving technical queries
• Supporting classroom technologies including projectors and interactive screens
• Assisting with AV setup for school events
• Maintaining and supporting mobile devices via Microsoft Intune
• Building strong relationships with staff to understand and meet their IT needs

Occasional out-of-hours support may be required for events, with time off in lieu provided.
