We are delighted to be working with a well established manufacturing business to recruit for an experienced IT Support professional to join their team in Eye. The role will be varied, including elements of Applications Support, Systems Analysis and 1st Line Support.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch hardware and software support, specializing in ERP-related concerns.
• Execute Business Projects in collaboration with the Business Systems Manager and Company Executives, ensuring timely and budget-aligned delivery.
• Act as the central IT contact for ERP and reporting requirements, managing change requests and aiding in system development.
• Collaborate on SSRS, Dashboards, and other reporting tools for impactful reports' creation.
• Support the upkeep of server-based technologies essential for the ERP system.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and project activities to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery.

Experience Requirements:

• Profound understanding of Manufacturing Business Processes.
• Extensive knowledge of ERP Tables, Fields, and Links.
