IT Support Engineer – Sheffield, Yorkshire £26-29k + bonus and great benefitsA leading multi-site organisation is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for all IT support issues. You'll handle helpdesk management, first-line support, escalations, and provide assistance across Microsoft 365, bespoke applications, and hardware.This is a hybrid role (min. 3 days in central Sheffield), offering exposure to a modernising tech environment and a supportive IT team.Key Skills & Experience for this IT Support role:

• Prior IT support/service desk experience
• Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking
• Hardware troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of cyber security
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Relevant IT qualifications (e.g. CompTIA A+)

• £26,000 - £29,000 DOE + bonus
