Our Manufacturing and Engineering client is looking for a hands-on and technically astute IT Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line technical support on a full range of IT and Communications systems. • Log and resolve tickets, fault-find and resolve IT issues
• Desktop, server, and hardware/software support
• Installing PC’s/Laptops
• Supporting users on Office 365, Active Directory etc
• Main technologies used are Windows OS (desktop 7,8,10 and server 2008. 2012+)
• Experience of working on various projects (cyber security, telephone and laptop rollouts, server upgrades, server room configurations etc)

IT EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office Systems: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Security, Azure, Defender
• Experience with working with ERP Systems
• Basic networking experience (switching, routing, firewalls)
• Strong experience of providing 1st and 2nd line end user support (Microsoft 365 environment)
