• Work with helpdesk team across multiple locations on a varying range of requests via phone and email
• Drive to client sites to provide onsite support and installation of new tech!
• Work on larger IT projects with the team

• Apple & Windows desktop environments
• Office 365 & Cloud Solutions
• Microsoft Server technologies
• Connectivity services
• Knowledge of networks

• A full driving license

SALARY & BENEFITS YOU’LL RECEIVE AS IT SUPPORT ENGINEER:

• £23,400 - £25,400, dependent on experience
