• Desktop and Application support
• Ensuring all incidents and requests are logged appropriately on the service management system
• Ensure issues are resolved within the target resolution time and documented within the system
• Notify staff through the service desk of the status of any incidents and maintain regular communications until incident resolution
• Monitoring progress of all incidents and requests against service level targets and responding promptly to staff requests for updates or resolution as appropriate

To apply for this IT Support Engineer role, your soft skills, expertise and technical experience should include:

• Previous experience as an IT Support Engineer / IT Technician / IT Service Desk Engineer
• Technical expeirence covering a mix of Windows 10, M365, Azure and Intune
• An understanding of Networking Technologies including switching, firewalls, wireless and WANs
• Working in on-premise and hybrid cloud environments (Microsoft / Google)
• Experience with service management tools
• Good communication and customer service skills
