New role! Our client is a leading technology company based in Hertfordshire, specializing in managed services to company's across the UK. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Desk Team Leader to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the ServiceDesk Manager, you will lead and manage a team of service desk analysts, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Oversee incident management, problem resolution, and service requests.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a high level of client service, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Identify service trends and implement process improvements.
- Conduct training sessions for service desk analysts.
- Ensure service delivery meets SLAs.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments, including Windows 10/11.
- Experience supporting O365, Exchange, Azure, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune Device Management and Azure AD.
- Azure fundamentals or Azure Administration certifications preferred.
- Leadership Skills:
- Proven experience in team management or team lead roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Ability to lead by example and inspire team members.
- Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred).
