New role! Our client is a leading technology company based in Hertfordshire, specializing in managed services to company's across the UK. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Desk Team Leader to join our team. If you have a passion for technology, excellent leadership skills, and expertise in Azure and Windows environments, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the ServiceDesk Manager, you will lead and manage a team of service desk analysts, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Oversee incident management, problem resolution, and service requests.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain a high level of client service, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Identify service trends and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct training sessions for service desk analysts.
  • Ensure service delivery meets SLAs.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments, including Windows 10/11.
    • Experience supporting O365, Exchange, Azure, and Active Directory.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune Device Management and Azure AD.
    • Azure fundamentals or Azure Administration certifications preferred.
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Proven experience in team management or team lead roles.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
    • Ability to lead by example and inspire team members.
  • Education:
    • A-Level or equivalent (preferred).
