IT Service Desk Team Lead - £35,000 - £40,000

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious IT Service Desk Team Leader looking to join a company that take career development seriously, who have recently been certified as a Great Place to Work.
You will spearhead the IT delivery function of a well-established company in Bournemouth, leading the service desk who provide the first point of contact for all IT related issues from users across the UK.
It will require someone technically strong (ideally you will have an MCP certification / ITIL qualification, or similar) who can lead a team of 4/5 service desk analysts, manage IT development install requests, co-ordinate with 3rd party supplies, and ensure all requests for service are fulfilled.
