About the Role:We're seeking a skilled, customer-focused IT Service Desk Analyst to join a busy support team within a well-established financial services company. You'll provide 1st line technical support and occasionally 2nd and 3rd line support, for internal teams and partners.
The IT Team:You'll be part of the Business Technology Services team, which provides technology and change support across governance, technical operations, cyber security and more. The team supports UK and European operations, ensuring technology helps and protects the business.
