IT Service Desk Analyst - £30,000 + Training & ProgressionMarlborough (on-site, 5 days per week)Full-time, Permanent

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established IT services provider based in Marlborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic IT Service Desk Analyst to join a supportive, close-knit team delivering 1st and 2nd line support to a range of local SME clients.

The OpportunityThis is a hands-on helpdesk role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving technical issues across hardware, software, networks, and cloud platforms. You'll be working from a modern office in Marlborough, Monday to Friday, supporting a varied and friendly customer base across sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering 1st and 2nd line technical support via phone, email, remote tools, and occasional onsite visits

• Troubleshooting issues across Windows desktops, Microsoft 365, printers, and basic networking

• Logging and managing tickets efficiently through to resolution

• Supporting wider IT projects and installations

• Helping to maintain internal documentation and asset records

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support role (MSP background desirable but not essential)

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, etc.)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A proactive, positive approach and willingness to learn

• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
