IT Service Delivery Analyst - Poundland : Job Details

As a Service Delivery Analyst you will report into the Senior Service Delivery Manager, the role will help support the smooth delivery of IT services for our Colleagues and Customers. 

Working alongside our Service Delivery Managers, the wider IT team and across business functions you will assist in managing the end-to-end service delivery process, including service design, implementation, ongoing support and continual improvement.

You will help manage and maintain IT systems and services, while helping to identify areas of improvement to ensure the Team is operating at the highest standard possible.  You will be comfortable analysing performance and financial data and communicating the insight you find to help inform the IT strategy.

• Contribute to the evolution of the Poundland IT strategy by sharing ideas, piloting new solutions, improving processes and educating colleagues from across the organisation.
• Assist the SDMs as a key point of contact for suppliers, helping to build strong relationships.
• Play an active role in the Service Community across Technology promoting best practice and ensure consistent ways of working. 
• Monitor and analyse suppliers’ performance, ensuring SLAs are met and documented, and assist with contract renegotiations.

• ITIL V3/V4 Qualification (advantageous).
• Previous experience in a customer facing role or IT Service Delivery environment.
• Excellent Service Management knowledge to be able to manage and challenge IT suppliers.
• Aware of ITIL practices
• Experience of SLA and PO process.
• Experience of working in fast paced, unstructured and ambiguous environments.
• Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders from different business functions.
• Experience of managing IT systems.
• Experience of analysing data and producing reports.
