Talented IT Recruitment Consultantrequired to join a well-established team in the heart of Bournemouth town centre. After yet another successful year of growth, Bond Williams IT & Software Solutions (a division of Bond Williams Group of Finance, HR, IT , Science & Space and Commercial) is looking to expand its Bournemouth based IT Recruitment team to satisfy demand in the local area.

The role will see you working alongside an established team of consultants engaging with exceptional candidates (by phone and face-to-face). You will be responsible for matching candidates against IT jobs we have available with our clients. You will also have the opportunity to develop your own accounts and clients and earn a competitive basic salary plus unrivalled additional commission and bonuses.

Preferred background/experience:

• Interest in wide range of Information Technology and it's applications in business.
• Minimum 12 months experience as an Recruitment Consultant, IT Recruitment advantageous
• Good people & communication skills/experience
• Excellent organisation skills and a strong interest in Sales and developing meaningful business relationships at a professional level.
• Full driving License
