Lead business-critical IT projects while acting as a trusted right-hand to the IT Manager.Are you an experienced project manager with a strong understanding of IT operations? We're working with a forward-thinking business in Nottingham looking for an IT Project & Operations Lead - someone who thrives on both structure and strategy. You'll play a key part in delivering projects (ERP, CRM, digital transformation) and support the IT Manager with operational oversight, resource planning, and system improvements.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading key IT and digital transformation projects - from scoping through to go-live
• Supporting the IT Manager in daily operations, decision-making, and strategy execution
• Delivering enterprise software implementations (ERP, CRM, finance, etc.)
• Acting as a liaison between technical teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders
• Helping shape processes, improve workflows, and modernise core systems
• Managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and resource allocation

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience in IT project management (ERP, CRM, business systems)
• Strong understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, and support processes
• A background in digital transformation and continuous improvement
• Project management certifications (e.g. Prince2, Agile, PMP)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to be on-site in Nottingham 4-5 days per week
