Let's transform lives together.The roleTo provide essential support to a portfolio of IT projects, working with the IT departmental resources and the more expansive Charity to achieve project success.Key Responsibilities:The primary goal of successfully delivering projects also:

• Reviewing progress with Internal and partner Project ManagersCoordinate project reporting, holding weekly review meetings and issuing portfolio project reporting to internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.Facilitate the project delivery by taking responsibility for allocated project tasks.Communicate with the charity on IT project rollout and delivery, network outages, and ward and office works.Tracking project interdependencies and reporting on progress.Raising and tracking project purchase ordersCollating and updating portfolio-level risks and issues.Maintaining portfolio budget trackersMaintaining portfolio schedulesHighlighting issues for escalationAssisting with project delivery where required
