IT Manager - Robert Half : Job Details

Exciting opportunity to join a growing business based near Kidlington as IT Manager, offering up to £48,000 depending on experience.

The Role

As IT Manager, you'll join a close-knit IT team supporting a multi-site environment and teams both nationally and internationally. Responsibilities will include:

• day-to-day management of all areas of IT (cyber security, MS 365, network infrastructure)
• provide first class support to users across the business and various sites
• manage suppliers / 3rd parties, as well as resources and budgets
• line manage a small team (mentoring, supervising, escalation etc.)
• provide reporting / analysis to leadership teams
• lead on various projects & initiatives

About you

Applicants for the IT Manager role will have:

• a strong, broad understanding of IT (cyber security, MS 365, Windows, multi-site network infrastructure, business applications etc.)
• experience with the Microsoft 365 environment (e.g. Intune, PowerApps, Power Platform, Entra ID/Azure AD, Purview etc.)
• preferably have managed/supervised teams (or show the aptitude to do so)
• strong IT operation skills (3rd party management, asset management, budgets etc.)

On offer

Salary up to £48,000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits. Note this is an office based position (free parking is available onsite). Successful candidates will also be subject to a DBS check.
