IT Logistics Manager - MedTech | Solothurn | Hybrid

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and growing an experienced IT logistics team

• Driving the expansion of IT logistics processes in a global production environment

• Supporting the rollout of new production sites across Switzerland, Germany, North America and China

• Implementing a new group-wide CAQ system

• Overseeing the introduction of fully automated intralogistics (AGVs, driverless transport)

• Managing stakeholder relationships and departmental budgets

What we're looking for:

• Strong background in IT logistics within a manufacturing or regulated (GMP) environment

• Expertise in SAP WM and/or SAP EWM; exposure to CAQ systems is a strong plus

• Experience leading teams and driving cross-site projects

• Technical education (e.g. HF technician, or degree in industrial engineering, computer science or similar)

• Fluent in German and English (Swiss German a plus)

• Willingness to travel internationally ~10%
