This role combines technical delivery with project ownership. It’s a hands-on role, supporting customers on-site and remotely. You’ll work across both IT and telecoms, so no two days are the same. The position offers room to lead—from planning and scoping to implementation and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and support IT networks, hardware, telecoms, and cloud-based systems
• Deliver on-site project work and customer onboarding
• Plan, scope, and manage technical installs end-to-end
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery
• Maintain clear documentation using CRM and ticketing systems
• Identify opportunities for improvements or additional services

What You’ll Bring

• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and firewall configuration
• Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi deployments and LAN infrastructure
• Confidence with virtualised environments and Microsoft cloud technologies
• Working knowledge of SIP, broadband, and cloud-based telecoms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to deadlines
• Excellent communication and a practical, customer-focused mindset
• Full UK driving licence

Nice-to-Haves

• Microsoft certifications (Cloud, Server)
• FortiGate, Draytek, or similar vendor experience
• Hyper-V / VMware deployment skills
• Hands-on experience with ConnectWise or similar platforms
• Security solutions and DNS management experience
