What you'll do:

As an Individual Savings Account Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the transfer of ISAs, Junior ISAs, and Lifetime ISAs. You will be responsible for understanding the entire transfer journey, ensuring that each step is executed flawlessly to provide an excellent customer experience. • Manage the processing of all ISA, Junior ISA and Lifetime ISA Transfers In and Out
• Understand and execute the end-to-end transfer journey for customers, ensuring an excellent experience

• Engage in discussions on customer experience with a genuine desire to assist customers
• Ensure that client queries and requests are managed in line with quality and service standards
