Our client, a global leader in the industry, is seeking an enthusiastic IRRBB Modelling Manager to join their dynamic team. What You'll Do:As the IRRBB Modelling Manager, you will collaborate with the Senior Manager, IRRBB to deliver best-in-class modelling and reporting for a diverse range of stakeholders. Your role will be highly visible, providing exposure to senior colleagues across Group Corporate Treasury and Risk, as well as the full customer balance sheet. Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining QRM models for Net Interest Income (NII) and Market Value (MV) calculations.
• Establishing effective relationships with Risk and Finance stakeholders to support business assumptions.
• Leading change and testing efforts for QRM model enhancements, including UAT planning and execution.
• Collaborating with Treasury, Risk, and Finance to gather requirements and deliver model improvements.
• Ensuring models align with regulatory expectations and internal governance standards.
• Continuously striving for process improvements to enable more value-added activities.

Who You Are:We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in the banking/financial environment. You should possess:

• Extensive experience in IRRBB, net income, and market value.
• A solid understanding of Excel functionality to review and build new modelling capabilities.
• Awareness of Market Risk management techniques including Net Interest Income Sensitivities, Market Value, Basis Risk, and Stress Testing.
• Proficiency in ALM software tools, ideally QRM.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical topics confidently.
• A positive attitude, self-awareness, and a drive for personal development.

Working Pattern:This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional out-of-hours work to meet deadlines. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
