An exceptional IP London law firm are seeking an experienced Legal Administrator, ideally with knowledge and experience within Patent Law.
Duties within the role will include:
- General Administration.
- Diary management.
- Client liaison eg: organising meetings, drafting emails.
- Monitoring emails and ensuring everything is actioned by the team.
- Managing deadlines.
- Preparing cost estimates for paralegal review.
- Generating standard email reports.
- Revieing and raising client invoices.
- Entering billable charges into the office system.
- Finalising and sending invoices to clients.
- Preparing reports.
Requirements for the role:
- Patent / IP administration support experience or a legal secretarial diploma background.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work accurately and at pace under pressure.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Confident working in a client-facing communication role.
- Confident working with fee earners.
- Experience working with electronic records, document management and billing systems.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite including, Word Excel and Outlook.
- A keen eye for detail.
