An environmentally focused company in the landscaping sector is looking for an Invoicing Administrator/Finance Clerk to join their team in their Blackburn office. This will be a permanent position, working closely with the Invoicing team to process and resolve invoices

They are looking for an Invoicing Clerk/Finance Administrator to join their office in Blackburn on a long-term basis. This job is ideal for an individual with knowledge and experience in a finance function plus experience in SAP.

Job description for Invoicing Administrator

  • Answer client enquiries across multiple platforms and query types
  • Process invoices using SAP and Excel.
  • Creating revenue journals and credit notes where appropriate.
  • Complete administrative duties for the office
  • Working closely with Credit Control to reduce aged debts.

Job skills required for Invoicing Administrator

  • Customer service experience (call handling, query resolution etc)
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Computer Literacy skills
  • Experience within a finance team
