Invoice Query Specialist - Pertemps Northampton : Job Details

Our Client in Northamptonshire is looking for an Invoice Query Specialist on a temporary basis. This position will be until September 2024 and may be extended depending on business needs.

Monday to Friday

07:30 - 16:30 / 8:30 - 17:30

£11.79 p/h

Key Responsibilities

-Query resolution, dealing with complex invoice queries and order holds end to end, ensuring correct action is in line with current process and policies.

-Assist with the holds report by delegating root causes out to the business ensuring these are actioned through to resolution.

-Liaise with site managers, procurement, and suppliers to resolve invoice queries efficiently.

-Ability to take ownership of workload, can prioritise and organise without supervision whilst remaining part of the team.

-Take responsibility of invoice queries to ensure that they are dealt with in a timely manner.

-Identify common and reoccurring issues and escalate to management.

-Assist with telephone calls as and when required.

-Attending occasional meetings Manager/Major Account Manager.

-Able to achieve deadlines

-Production of reports etc, to standard and schedule

-Keeping track of outstanding queries

-Able to deal with customer complaints in a professional manner
