We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Invoice Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality administrative support. This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.

The role

As an Invoice Administrator, you will support our Invoice Processing Team (IPT) with day-to-day administrative tasks, including invoice processing and data management. You’ll be working with our proprietary Case Management System (CMS) to ensure accurate and timely handling of provider invoices and related communications.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and allocate incoming emails and post regarding invoices using the CMS.
  • Ensure accurate allocation of documents to the correct case, member, and client.
  • Respond to provider queries regarding payments and outstanding invoices.
  • Handle payment queries in line with service standards, benefit limits, and policy terms.
  • Manage IPT administration reminders and outstanding actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of payments and communications.
  • Audit provider invoices against Healix’s reasonable and customary rates.
  • Escalate complaints or call-backs to the IPT Manager or Team Leader.
  • Communicate professionally with members, clients, providers, and internal teams.
  • Support other administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
