Investor Relations Specialist – Financial Services

A rapidly expanding financial services business is looking for an ambitious Investor Relations Specialist to join their growing team. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on funding and capital markets activity, helping to shape investor engagement strategy while supporting the next phase of business growth.

The role is highly varied, combining investor relationship management, strategic communications, and analytical work. You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of projects and play a visible role in positioning the business with funders, partners, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors and external stakeholders
• Prepare investor materials including presentations, reports, updates, and market insights
• Support the investor onboarding process, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish
• Undertake research and analysis to provide market intelligence and support funding strategies
• Contribute to internal projects related to product development, funding, and operations

About you:

• 3 years’ experience in financial services (investment, lending, capital markets or similar)
• Degree-educated (economics, finance, business, or equivalent desirable)
• Confident with numbers and data, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects at pace
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trusted relationships
• A motivated self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and working in a collaborative environment
