What You'll Do
- Lead financial analysis, due diligence, and investment committee papers for new logistics investment opportunities.
- Monitor and report on fund and asset performance, identifying opportunities for recapitalisation or strategic disposal.
- Interact regularly with investors, lenders, and senior stakeholders—playing a visible and influential role across the business.
- Partner with the CFO and Head of Investment Management on structuring new debt and equity capital solutions.
- Deliver high-quality investor reporting and strategic insights for managed investment vehicles.
- Help shape the development of new fund strategies and contribute to business growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- A commercially sharp, detail-oriented investment professional with significant experience in UK commercial real estate, ideally logistics.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
