Responsibilities

• Assisting with sourcing, structuring and executing investments 
• Helping to run the transaction process including liasion with JV partners, IC and other stakeholders
• Monitoring two analysts and assisting with financial modelling of investments
• Collaborating with asset and development managers on business plans for assets

My client are ideally looking for at least 3 years of experience within private equity real estate. Traditionally sector agnostic, our client is now actively pursuing residential, hospitality and office opportunities, so is looking for someone with a strong background in any of these asset classes. Strong financial modelling necessary and experience in deal origination through to asset management essential.
